The internet is NOT a good way to make money at home -- at least 99 out of 100 internet businesses are SCAMS to rip you off.

a friend of mine took college courses and became a certified medical transcriptionist. it was through a local college, but her professor let her do most of her classes online. now, she's got a job at a major hospital in our city. she's had to go to the hospital to train two days a week for the last 3 weeks or so, but after her training is over, (in another week or two) she'll be working from home. she's still on their payroll with benefits and everything, but she gets to stay home with her 7 month old!Is there a true way to make money at home,for a single mom? i'd say most of it requires skills. like software development, medical transcription or scoping. i assume you have no skills. something like selling on ebay requires very few skills so you might consider that.

Baby-sitting. I got a friend who does it. She watches 7 kids a day and her profits are good... about $600/week. I don't think she paid too much to get a license.... because she was super broke when her bf up and left her.

I sell on ebay...but sometimes I do good...and sometimes I do really bad.....just make sure you have a postal scale so you can charge exact shipping..if you dont you can loose out on a lot of money paying shipping.
